Can I tell them to stfu?

I get they work full time and its the only time they have, but still two years! They said it would be done in September back in June 2014. I assumed they meant September 2014!

Good God, what are they having done?!

I wouldn't definitely go and speak to them about it!

Seriously though, go around and tell them enough is enough, tell therm how it's affecting your quality of life. People get carried away and forget about their neighbours.

I don't think they are allowed do it in the evenings btw. Check that out.

They are building an extension. That is a new kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Its almost 50% the size of the house!

I just want to sat get people in to finish it off. Their work on it doesn't look great anyway, doubt it will hold up in a few decades.

Isn't there a restriction of time included within planning permission conditions?
