You don't have to be young. I lost five stone last year, I loved weights, so did them daily, as well as circuit training etc. My body was a similar shape to Chloe's, obviously my skin is aged, I'm 47.
The women that I used to train with are all over 40 and have the body shape that they want.
I know marathon runners, that applies to as well, all 50+. We don't have the responsibility of young children, I had and some have parents that need support, though.
I always wanted to do weights, but never had the time, I did last year and didn't like my post Menapausal shape.
I've been seriously ill and have post viral CF, but hope to one day be able to exercise again.
