Endless no shows when I've had appointments booked, strange texts after 9 PM at saying an engineer is on his way, miscommunication, and a boiler and heating system that does not work properly after six attempts to fix it.....??!!!!!
The helpdesk is the "I don't know desk" as they really don't! These people are not professionals

he last week-
ENGINEER CAPPED ME OFF...I missed one annual service appointment because i had been called into work, a card had been put through my door saying a new appointment would be sent out.A week later i came home from work in the evening to a yellow sticker on my front door reading that i had missed another appointment and the next step would be legal action if i didnt ring within 48 hours and arrange another appointment. I was shocked that they had turned up without notice but thought fair enough, it was now half 8 on a friday night i would ring in the morning or first thing Monday. As i had been in work all day my house was chilly so i put heating on but after a while i noticed the radiators were still cold so went to check boiler and the pilot light was out and checked meter, this was when i discovered that the engineer had capped me off!!!! Not only is this illegal after one missed appointment but if an engineer does cap you off they need to supply you with heaters! Shocking customer service when i tried to report i had no gas, passed from department to department and told several times because it was the weekend and now out of hours, nothing will be done until monday, that would be four days without any gas supply or heat. It is now monday and i will be taking this matter further, disgraceful!!!

Thankyou so much for putting my son and my selfs life at risk you send people out to do safety check and pass over the last year l have been unwell tied etc carbon alarm keeps going off tell you you send a manager out he says nothing wrong you even got me flowers and chocolate to shut me up oh well tonight no gas as me thinking something wrong with meter no thanks to national grid whom no what there talking about refused to leave my property with it they have condemned boiler and the flu which you recon you sorted it was sending carbon dioxide in my house when ring can't do nothing till Tuesday now let's see what happens now mmm think l will be taking legal action against your company also going to papers so other family's can be warned

Awful company - can't believe HAs are allowing this kind of thing to go on!
I suppose you've had no luck with any of the avenues suggested?
How about change.org? I don't know if it'll do much, but some people have had results that way in the past.

My poor baby is finally getting some rest 😔 both girls are showing signs of feeling unwell. I could literally kill each and every one of those twots I've dealt with today. I find it highly comical also that the mp from house of commons in London is acting on my behalf and has come back to inform me that I've apparently told liberty gas that I won't allow them into my property and I've been abusive to all their staff. If I remember correctly I broke during one phonecall into tears and was laughed at but I'm the abusive one. If anyone has any access to the press please contact me, I don't want money or paying for a story I just want to make dam sure this company doesn't do this to anyone else. Either they've got a personal vendetta against me having done this twice into a year space or they do it so often to so many people. " I had a massive argument with liberty gas when we lived in housing association. Basically the tank was knackered took a week for it to be delivered then engineer came thought it would be an excellent idea to take old tank out without it being fully drained and filled my living room ceiling and the light fittings full of water. Wouldn't come back without a police escort because I was hostile( I refused to let him leave until he called an electrician coz the lights were sparking) sparky came nxt day and said our living room lights could have killed someone they were so dangerous. I ended up with an asbo on my record and he carried on trading as if nothing had happened. At the time I had 3 small kids 1 being a baby and they didn't give a shit. Bout time someone made them out to be the useless scum they are. Hope you get sorted"

with liberty gas at least 3 first one puts card threw the door claiming had knocked which was a lie, second does not use buzzer knock's only to say his machine is not working, third well will see what excuse he comes out with

"Three weeks left with a leak which went into my neighbours flat down stars leak got worse, boiler was left that long when he came with the part three and a half weeks later the boiler packed up completely, now needs another part, I took a day of work lost pay, have phoned at least twenty times to see when I am going to be back up and running with hot water and heating still no one gets back to me. Now been left a week with three children no heating or hot water. This company is an absolute disgrace the parts they need they can get off the shelf in a plumbers merchants but still leave me waiting. "Had a perfect working boiler until these clowns turnd up. Broke my boiler and then stated never had the parts to fix it and left my boiler leaking. 2nd visit and the guy stripps it and then tells me he does not have the right part and will reorder. 3rd visit and the guy tells me the last guy left us in danger leaving parts of and allowing steam/'smoke pouring into my house plus my ceiling is now damaged from the amount of water dripping filling the bowl thru the day and overflowing but still not fixd. 4th visit and still no parts with this guy but he gaffa taped my mouthwash lid onto boiler saying that should stop the fumes comeing out the trap. Nope it fell of as expected as gaffa tape will not stick to water. My boiler is still broken a month later and now ther just ignore calls and have no plannd revisits to fix what they broke in the 1st place. WHAT A JOKE DO NOT LET THESE COWBOYS INTO YOUR HOME"

"Well Liberty Gas you've surpassed yourself this time! 8.30am I was awoken to bailiffs hammering the door down as we'd allegedly denied access to you on several occasions. WTF!?! Bailiffs and Council retreated apologetically when CCTV proved you had NOT been when you claimed. I even have emails as proof! I am a disabled tenant with a young child. Can you imagine how frightening this situation was when still half asleep? How dare you! I've lived here for 20yr and only had problems for the last five....ever since LG won the contract. Do not label me as a POS just because I live in social housing. How are you guys still in business? LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS!! Leicester County Council/Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council WAKE UP to the clowns you are employing. Roll on 11am when Liberty Gas are meant to be turning up to service the 25yr old fire & back boiler (Watch this space for an update people!). "This company is an absolute joke. Have had a leaking boiler/flue for 3 months. Had 5 enginers out each time they find some excuse not to be able to fix the problem. Our landlords boarded out the loft so was safe for them to go in loft and sort flue but oh no latest enginer said was 2 man job and had no parts when i was told that it would be done so he capped our gas(as could not service boiler) and now have to wait for parts to come in. This is second time in past 3 months we have been left with no heating or hot water. You really need to get some staff that can do job properly!"

"Iv had 6 engineers so far come out to my boiler over the past 2 months all telling me there is nothing wrong with it. This morning i have woken up to my boiler in the kitchen leaking water everywhere. Reported this at 8.50 tang again at 9.30 and still not engineer!! I now have no heating, no hot water, no water in my taps at it all had to be turned off and a very wet kitchen all my electrics down that wall have been water damaged. Absolutely disgusted with this company"
