who the heck added menthol to nose spray?

have the cold from hell a bunged up nose.
bought nose spray.
only one type on shelf apart from the saline stuff I need strong stuff

so in addition to a streaming nose at least not bunged up anymore I now have streaming eyes, a sore throat and brain freeze.

aibu to think it should advertise bigger on the pack?

Okay. What you need to do is buy something very spicy to eat. I have chronic sinusitis and, if you eat very spicy foods, it'll clear the sinuses and get them to drain.

The saline spray is very good.

hot is good. have some really hot horseradish that should do the trick.
saline spray is good for hayfever etc but not enough imo if the nose it totally blocked.

I use a nose spray and damn it hurts! My top tip though, don't use it for more than a few days even if it's hard to stop! I've been nose spraying for 5 weeks! Cold long gone, but nose is constantly blocked anyway. SO AGGRAVATING!
