To ask my neighbour to stop her babysitter from pacing the floor?

Two bedroom house devided into seperate flats, i'm downstairs, neighbour upstairs.

Absolutely no sound proofing so i hear it if someone up there farts :)

Neighbour has gone out & her babysitter has been on the phone continously since 7.30pm & pacing back & forth. Male sitter with loud booming voice & footsteps that make the ceiling & walls shake down here.

Have earplugs in which is relieving the sound of his booming voice but the walking noises are as loud as before.

Knackered, need to get to sleep & he's braying & pacing directly over my bedroom.

Would i be the pettiest person ever to text my neighbour & ask her to ask the babysitter to sit down? He must be knackered by now anyway :)

Why not just pop up and ask him? He is probably blissfully unaware of the consequences of his pacing!
