To leave carpet fitter in my home alone?

Need to get my lounge carpet refitted, it will just be me and 15 month old and once everything is put in my bedroom and her bedroom they will be unusable so im stuck on what to do...

Would you leave a carpetfitter home alone? Dont think he would appreciate the help of my little monster!

I would have thought he would have preferred it. It's really a job where you would like people to stay out of the way.

I would show him kettle and drink stuff just in case he likes a cuppa first though.

Also do they need to get carpets in and out to cut them to size? Live in first floorflat and only way to getcarpet in and out is through the window

Yes go out. Get him to text you when he's nearly finished so you can check the results and secure the house.
