hey baby girl, people listen my girlfriend suffers from panic attacks and anxiety. now a few years ago i would of been like what's that well now i no. She is amazing, my support, my sanity but sometimes she cant cope and its not with me or the kids its with life. She gets herself to a point where she completely breaks down and locks herself away from the world that's how she came across this site she's been reading these post for months . i never looked i just let her have that bit of a release. I got mad that she need some time to regain herself and she felt she needed to do it away from me and the kids, i thought this was because of me
