One of the kids I work with used this word today to describe her bits. Apparently her pants were ridden up into her 'lady garden' and feeling uncomfortable. Told her to hoik the pants out of her bits

Surely a bit grown up for a five year old?

I now feel.judgy. Bugger - MN is indoctrinating me

My 3 year old dd said 'my knickers are giving me a front wedgie' yesterday.

Yes it's not nice. My 11 year old dd came back from her dads once last year telling me that her dads wife has taught her 2 young daughters 2 & 5 a lady garden. So inappropriate if you ask me I was horrified. As you say there is no garden so it's a strange thing to say

Totally off topic but there is someone in my area who places adds in the local shop windows advertising her services as a "friendly lady gardener" and a snigger at it every time.

Apparently when I was a youngster my mum wanted to teach us the correct words for our anatomy. That was until I informed her pretty loudly in a shopping centre, that I had an itchy vagina. She then decided that maybe we could just go back to 'privates'. But yes. Lady garden from a young child, is just wrong.

My neighbours daughter (7yo) shouted "owww I hurt my nuts" going down the firemans pole at the park the other day
