I ordered it 1 hour and 25 minutes ago. DH rang them 25 minutes ago and we were assured it was 'on it's way.' Obviously not.

Yanbu they should refund you and still give you the order. That's unacceptable.

If it is any consolation, it would take at least 1hr 25 on a round trip for me to go and get a takeaway. Delivery? No chance!

Gosh that's pants ! I ordered takeaway (for collection) yesterday then had to do an emergency pharmacy trip, as I arrived home the restaurant delivered it!!! Traced my phone number, Im easily impressed ! Hopefully it will arrive soon. whilst you wait .

This happened to me once. We waited 2 hours for that Thai, and they kept assuring us he was on his way.

When the poor little dude arrived, he'd been mugged whilst at traffic lights, and they'd run off with one of our bags. It was the bag with the rices, crackers and ice creams
