Very briefly, had a workplace accident and the GP has given me a restricted duties certificate. Work have ignored this completely (they actually refused to take the certificate) and insisted I carry on with my normal duties, which has been extremely painful and I made silly mistakes as I was in agony. Management would not let me swap to a different role for the entire duration of my shift.
I have now been informed that I might be facing a disciplinary due to these mistakes...
AIBU to think this is a little unfair?
