Thank you, I feel a bit better knowing I'm not on my own with it. There isn't much chance of a break unfortunately, dd is challenging as she has SN and is hormonal and I get the brunt of it, tonight she was being particularly defiant and refusing to do what was needed.

I've just got her off to bed. She was told three times to take her medication, refused and then had an asthma attack. Definitely a glass of wine evening. Thank you Handsoff
