Although we have approval for the extension the neighbour is not signing the Party Wall agreement. Can we go ahead with the building work and start the extension.

When our Surveyor and their Surveyor jointly inspected the site they did not mention subsiding. They requested public liability insurance from the Builder and method statement from piling company which I submitted.

yep- as usual coming out complaining about noise and dust etc, to the builder
