Is it just me that thinks these MP's are rude to be looking at their mobile phones during this speech about the Calais jungle?

They're probably using them to take notes.

liz70 · 27/01/2016 17:21

Maybe they're MN-ing.

Worra, of course, could be, feeling a bit Blush now!

There must be a reason for it else it is pretty crap. Maybe they're Googling something relevant or checking a date.

I doubt they're on Just-Eat anyhoo.

hefzi · 27/01/2016 18:58

Bet they're not making notes! Who was it caught on Candy Crush in a Select Committee?

WMittens · 27/01/2016 19:01

It's probably slightly less rude than sleeping, which was the previously-preferred pastime.

They'll be checking (work-related) emails as well. That's the reason phones and tablets are unofficially allowed in there. (Occasional Candy Crush incident aside!)
