Creosote. In fact most tar based smells.

The best part of summer as a child was the combined smell of fresh cut grass and fences being painted with creosote.

Vanderwaals · 16/01/2016 23:30

Love the smell of my cat, but she always smells different - sometimes like bread, sometimes flowery, sometimes like old people.
Also bonfires, matches, some cigarettes (even though I despise smoking), babies, paper, germolene, sponges, melted cheese is my all time favourite smell.

FlowersAndShit · 16/01/2016 23:34

I also like the smell of the dentist Blush

I sniff DP's ears as part of some in-joke whose origins are lost in time. Bonus points for sneaking up on him and executing a particularly loud sniff

Also, marker pens.

Darvany · 17/01/2016 00:19

Nail varnish, petrol, exhaust fumes and yy to Playdoh. I was in Ikea a couple of years ago and that smell was being piped out and OMG I was entranced by it...

MyBootsAreMuddy · 17/01/2016 00:22

Dogs paws and behind their ears, they really do smell a bit like biscuits.
New babys heads
Fresh cut grass
The smell you get when it rains on a pavement on a hot day
Silage.....I have mentioned this one on here before and got some shocked and disgusted responses (most probably by people who don't know what it is). It's just fermented grass (not poo) and smells lovely and sweet.
