To be upset that CB and CTC don't recognise Prince's Trust courses

DD left a school she hates and has a place on a 12 week Princes Trust course. Phone CB and CTC only to find they no longer recognise the courses so I will lose both benefits....

I was told over the phone that my DDs apprenticeship wasn't recognised. I emailed and it turned out that it was.

Have you double checked?

If it isn't, I agree that it's stupid. Lots of people would then find their HB affected, as well.
