Clearly they only want positive views of after school clubs and for parents to be clamouring for longer hours. No other answer is permitted!

Looks ok to me based on first page - you can say the hours are ok as is, you can select that you don't need more child care? You can rate the activities and snack as poor, so doesn't seem leading?

Surveys are very often written to validate a desired outcome though.
