To bloody hate mud.

I hate it. I hate it, I tell you. It gets everywhere. It sucked off my son's shoes and he got mud all over his socks which went all over the carpet even though I'd stripped him at the door and put his clothes in the washing machine (he's primary school age so don't call social services). We went for a walk on bloody CONCRETE and there was still 10 feet of mud.

Mud should be in a field. I would like mud if I had servants to take my clothes at the door and wipe the mud off in a suitable boot room or something. But I don't. It's bad enough having to wash son's football boots every week without even more bloody shoes and wellies covered in the foul stuff.

All I wanted to do was to get some fresh air. I wish I'd never moved out of the city. And no, I can't move back there, thanks for that thought. I'm stuck in this bloody mud.

YANBU!

Have a dog, I am utterly sick of having to wash him down every time we go for a walk. My garden is currently a mud bath so even letting him out for a wee in the garden involves a bowl of soapy water for his feet.

I just want servants catsize if I pay them enough then they won't care about me wandering around in the noddy saying "What is a boot room?"

I used to work in the Michelin Building on Kings Rd/ Fulham Rd. I then moved to Yorkshire in my glittery heels which got soaked in pig poo every time I stepped outside the office.

I actually quite like mud, so much so that I sign up, rather gleefully I might add, to do Pretty Muddy-every year Grin

Best bit is every 7 yrs when farmer decides to plant sugar beet in field out front. We can have 3 inches thick on the road and on our driveway if it's wet at harvest time. (sigh)
