Sat on the sofa? DH thinks it's appalling and unhygenic (to do with 'dead skin cells')?

While I await your responses I'm carrying on filing them anyway

Tell him to get a life! Build a bridge, get over it. Hmm

Hoolit · 06/01/2016 21:02

I'm disgusting then as I'm sat next to dh having just picked off my gel nails and put the mess beside me Blush I'm about to get rid now!
I don't think I'm qualified to say is yabu but I filed them a couple of days ago with no complaints.

As long as it's fingernails and not toe nails, then YANBU.......

JessicaRuby · 06/01/2016 21:03

Fine as long as you Hoover your sofa once every few months

youngestisapsycho · 06/01/2016 21:08

What's the difference between finger and toe nails?

Glitterspy · 06/01/2016 21:14

Yep DH tried that argument too, 'what if I just start filing my toenails right here' to be fair that really would be appalling. This is just some light mini-manicuring.

He's objecting to the scritching noise now

YNBU and I would have no qualms about doing the same thing.

But my husband thinks the same as your DP.

Perfectly normal activity to be doing while watching tv!

Feet really are disgusting

lalalonglegs · 06/01/2016 21:42

I'm with your husband, it really sets my teeth on edge, makes me feel quite unwell. A woman did it on the tube a few weeks ago and I had to move carriages.
