it's heeeeere!! 1.15 today, it arrived
I unpacked it and gazed in wonder at it for a bit, then I read the instructions, which freaked me out
AND then I steamed three litres of water, that went very well. 
I just cannot decide where to start, I have lamb chops in the freezer, and chicken breast, and chorizo, loads of beans....of course I want to do cheese cake
The dog in the manger is that on tuesday I already slowcooked a kilo plus of venison in red wine for pie for tomorrow, so no main meal opportunity until Saturday!
Do you think I could saute off some onions, carrots and celery, and then layer that up with sliced potatoes, the lamb (defrosted or from the freezer?) plonk in some lovely lamb stock and rosemary and have a nice Irish Stew?
I'll do a cheesecake for tomorrow! :D
