I have lost a phone case .. empited all the wardrobes ... no bloody idea!!

Last year Santa brought DD2 an Ikea play kitchen.

I still don't know what happened to the little utensil set we bought with it. :o

It was definitely in the house, I think it might have fallen down the back of the wardrobe where there is a floorboard missing. But I don't even remember putting it in that wardrobe.

I bought tickets to a show in London months before Xmas for dp and I. When they didn't arrive and I hadn't been charged or received any emails, I presumed I hadn't booked them at all and had been victim to a strange baby blur moment. Luckily I hadn't been organised to book the hotel and flight at the same time. This was last year, they arrived in the post a couple of weeks ago as I didn't notice the year when booking and it is actually Jan 2016!!!
Now I am last minute trying to book everything!!

Oh I did this with a batman action figure and 2 Groupon vouchers I was searching like a mad woman at 11pm last night!! All located now though but have run out of wrapping paper - one of our Xmas traditions evidently!

Dd got an inflatable Jesus in her Christmas stocking last year. He's currently sitting on the window sill keeping the religious callers at bay. Very effective!

I haven't lost any presents as I try to sort them into different bags for each recipient when I buy them.

My DM was notorious for this: things would be appearing from the back of wardrobes for months after Christmas.

Thank you so much for the inflatable Jesus link, though - one of my favourite Christmas presents ever was a nodding Jesus: sadly he got lost in a move, and I've never been able to find another. But an inflatable Jesus? That might just hit the spot!
