A friend works for a school and went on a trip to Paris recently. They made this lovely video and watching it brought teas to my eyes. I thought it might cheer everyone up after last week. here

Sorry if this isn't the right place, it is lovely though. :)

Apparently, school trip to and via France have been stopped for the moment. I hope it all stabilises soon. I wonder what impact all this will have on the French tourism industry, and Europe in general?

The thing is, people love to travel and do new things. Surely it will go back to normal?

That's really lovely! I particularly liked the kid skipping around the trees. It looks like just the sort of thing kids should do on a trip to Paris.

oh, thank you. Yes that boy in that scene is so sweet.

Lovely. Love that chirpy song as well.

The children just seem so happy to be there, it just contrasted so much with the situation of another friend I was talking to who was stressing about changing her school trip destination. I think she was considering Normandy. Sure that will be lovely, but not really the same.

Welled up at the end. Ds1 is yr7 and love seeing them still act like children. It looked like a fun trip.
