HicDraconis · 19/11/2015 15:53

Ok not really.

But now you're here AIBU to ask you to read this thread which is really quite important instead?

OP posts:
TrollTheRespawnJeremy · 19/11/2015 15:54

YABU. Gin is an important part of the 5 a day.

catfordbetty · 19/11/2015 15:56

I think gin would not be to a child's taste. I would recommend sherry instead.

Pyjamaface · 19/11/2015 15:56

I want gin in my cereal. YABU

Feeches · 19/11/2015 15:57

I like gin.

HappyHippyChick · 19/11/2015 15:58

YABU you're lucky to have a MIL who cares about your child enough to give them cereal.

HicDraconis · 19/11/2015 15:59

DS2 doesn't like sherry though. Seriously, the linked thread is about people having their say on the NHS - which is why it's not been widely publicised. Please read, think and reply!

OP posts:
Morro · 19/11/2015 16:09

Gin philistine!

Enjolrass · 19/11/2015 16:11

It's actually gin-ist

StrawberryTeaLeaf · 19/11/2015 16:12
Hmm
OurBlanche · 19/11/2015 16:15

Why don't you say what the link is?

I'm not clicking on it to find it takes me off to some weird/illegal porn site.

If the post is so bloody important, stop being so secretive, just be plain....

OurBlanche · 19/11/2015 16:16

OK.. so you did... sort of...

munkisocks · 19/11/2015 16:16

This reminds me what I read in news today. Asda online shop substituted baby wipes for whisky on someone's shop ha.

BarbaraofSeville · 19/11/2015 16:20

Oh come on OP, this is Mumsnet, no one feeds their DCs cereal Grin.

HicDraconis · 19/11/2015 16:21

Sorry. The link is to another mumsnet thread (I said "this thread" in the text but obviously could be lying there) - and after posting it the OP mentioned she should have used a catchier title. So I started another one, with variation on her catchy title to try to increase traffic.

There are huge threads where someone is complaining about the junior doctors strike, there are massive funding issues and healthcare gaps. It's important to everyone to have their say.

PassiveAgressiveQueen · 19/11/2015 16:21

i read a recipie for pink gin yesterday, the original just had gin and bitters, apparently it needs a spoonful of sugar for modern tastes.
So add sugar as well as the gin.

i once did a 'holding order' for Ocado. (i.e. random stuff over £40) I forgot to update it.

My husbands face when he took delivery of a bottle of gin and 12 cans of sardines was priceless.

Sardines and gin is now code house for any silly forgetful moment.

AnotherEffingOrangeRevel · 19/11/2015 16:22
Grin
Tiggeryoubastard · 19/11/2015 16:25

Fucking hell Passive what sort of parent are you? Advocating sugar for a child wanders off muttering about feckless parenting

StrawberryTeaLeaf · 19/11/2015 16:25

I'm not clicking on it to find it takes me off to some weird/illegal porn site.

Or the thread currently in active asking if anyone's tried a 'MMF threesome'

OurBlanche · 19/11/2015 16:31

Erk!

Thanks for nothing, Strawberry... I had managed to miss that one - so far!

Smile
HicDraconis · 19/11/2015 16:33

I promise. It links to AnotherEffingOrangsRevel's post also in AIBU. If you'd rather not click the link, thread title is "...to ask how you feel about the NHS?" Scroll down & click direct :)

She was right though, this thread already has more replies!

OP posts:
StrawberryTeaLeaf · 19/11/2015 16:43

I'm trying to isue a warning Blanche, not drum up business for the thread in question Grin

Debbriana1 · 19/11/2015 16:48

Trying to manipulate the freedom people have on the Mn by posting misleading heading. I will not be clicking on the link even though it maybe for a good cause.

timelytess · 19/11/2015 16:52

No gin? Definitely not eating it. But I did download the document.
