Aibu to want to rip the sink out?

My wedding and engagement ring fell down the plug hole last night. Really pissed off with myself and have sobbed at various people. The only way to get to the U Bend is to rip out the sink due to the way it's installed. We're in a rented house so obviously I can't but I really want to just rip the fucker out just to see if by any chance it's there! Sorry for the woe is me post I'm just so pissed off with myself!

Call in a plumber ! They will be able to rip it out and fix it back again!

I've had my grandad who is over 80 looking under it trying to find a solution. He did offer to rip it out himself. I blame the coconut oil I was using for making them slide off my finger! I've been and got myself a couple of silver bands just to wear for now but it's not the same
