To think you should make an effort not to get the seats wet?

Got on the train yesterday, it was a very wet day so not surprisingly there were a number of people getting on the train wet.

There were a couple of cyclists that had also got on the train (8 coaches, big overground train). No problem with that except that they had left their waterproof over trousers on and soaked the seats! I could see the big wet patches on the seats where they had been sitting.

Aibu to think its a bit inconsiderate to not remove your soaking wet trousers (if you can, obviously), in order to prevent getting the seats wet for the next passengers?

I was wearing waterproofs myself that day and took them off specifically to avoid this - there were plenty of toilets on the train to change if necessary. Aibu?
