Ugh is it just my friends? when it's someone's birthday / leaving do / baby shower (!?) / end of school year they post pictures of all their cards and presents set out in a big pile. Drives me mad!! And sure I will see a LOT of this on Christmas!!

Bitch I had to leave a pregnancy FB group as people thought it was acceptable to post pictures of their cervical mucus asking if it looks thick today

TheBitchOfDestiny · 14/11/2015 21:52

I have a friend who posts endless pics of her presents. Last (non significant) birthday she posted an arty shot of her new designer handbag, perfumes and jewellery - along with a fan of about £400 cash (I counted it) in front if it. Was the most vom inducing thing I have ever seen. Worth keeping as a FB friend for the amusement value though :)

OP you are definitely NBU here, I usually find the parents who post these pictures to Facebook to be either secretly insecure and by doing so they and their parent of somehow feel validated OR they are just totally up their own a**e and feel the need to just show off, making sure that everyone can see how good of a parent they are, it's actually kind of pathetic really.
