DP is a scooper, she will use tortilla chips and scoop salsa which is ok but in those little pots of dip you get she scoops 40%+ out on her first go.
It's like she's eating dip with a little bit of pizza crust and it drives me nuts, I feel like I twitch every time she does it.
AIBU to expect people to dip food in dips and not scoop?

Argh, these food threads kill me. I'm too suggestible (that's a word isn't it? My autocorrect doesn't like it) and I've now said to dh we need dips and crudités on Saturday night!

LeiaOrgana · 12/11/2015 19:41

But we have our own dips. He likes chilli and oniony type ones, whereas I like a cool yoghurt and cucumber or sour cream and chive. So I can scoop to my heart's content!

Dipping is fine scooping is fine double dipping is a big old no.
You just need to provide a lot more dip if you have scoopers in the family. Buy bigger jars or make a lot more salsa/dip

Double dipping is fine when it's just me and DH, never in company.
