Waking up to "Ex's gf now follows you on Twitter" after drinken stalking!!

So, last night, my sister and I dd some drunken stalking on my Twitter account, mainly focussed on her exbf's new gf but we also looked at a few other people from our pasts.

This morning I woke up to a notification...MY ex's gf is now following me on Twitter! I checked to confirm my fears, and yes I had accidentally followed her last night!

I'm so embarrassed! Ex and I broke up years ago, still talk sometimes, there are no issues. I'm scared they'll think I'm a crazy person. I have no interest in this girl I was just showing solidarity to my sister by finding her, we were just being silly

How bad is it? How would you react if your DPs ex did this? God knows why she followed me back.

Some people always click "follow back" to all follow notifications without thinking about it.

Some people even sign up for services that do this automatically.

Block her now then deny all knowledge.

She'll know who I am, and ex might try and make some drama out of it (purely for the love of drama)

Maybe I should delete Twitter and forget all about it. I never use it anyway.

Just block her and deny all knowledge. Set up a stalker account in a fake name if you don't want to get caught, it saves all the angst.
