He's contacted me on an online dating profile twice now. I've reported him once a few weeks ago and nothing has happened with his account.

Firstly its clearly against the t&c of the app to use for selling yourself, secondly I don't need to pay for it and its pretty insulting. He may have a good body, but the face is very average.

OP, were he standing on a street corner looking for business, he'd be liable to be done for soliciting in a public place. Weirdly, for the purposes of prostitution, the www isn't a "public place".
