To ask you to explain the out come of tax credits cut after House of Lords vote yesterday

Just that really. Have read a few paper articles but not really sure exactly what the outcome is.

Anyone? After reading an online article i think the cuts have been postponed for 3 years, is this right? I really hope it is it will be a huge weight lifted
