Mad I know but since turning 30 (am now 32) my very regular periods have changed from 4-5 days (heavy-medium-light flow) to 1-2 days (medium-light flow) followed by a day or 2 of spotting.
DH and I are TTC and although we've not been trying long enough for there to be any alarm, I feel like my previous periods were healthier and indicative of a stronger uterine environment!
Had some bloods taken to asses thyroid, AMH and all fine so no sign of perimenopause. Just waiting for FSH test results now.
Do I need to worry? Anyone had a baby with these regular but short periods? How would I make them longer/increase flow? Do I even need to?
TIA x
