My chicken's gone off and my chickpeas have vanished...

WIBU to cease and desist trying to make a curry which clearly the universe is against, and just crack open the crisps we DH bought for the weekend? As there's not really anything else in and I don't fancy an Ella's Kitchen pouch Hmm.

Also, given DH hates them and 14 month old DS is not yet rustling himself up home-made houmous, WHERE HAVE MY CHICKPEAS GONE?

Sorry OP but when I read your title I had visions of a chicken wandering off!

A chicken wandering off, and taking the chickpeas with her thinking they are her babies!

CesareBorgiasUnicornMask · 01/10/2015 20:12

Well when I opened the pack it smelled like it could wander off by itself...

But no Grin.

The universe is telling you to order a takeaway. It would be rude to ignore the universe.

I totally had visions of a chicken running away with a chickpea-stuffed bindle marked 'swag'.

Start eating crisps.

Make a curry and give it to your upstairs neighbour.

This happened to me yesterday except it was stinky fish not chicken. I went to the chip shop.

Open those crisps!
