Have been offered a new job- means moving to a new area and is full time/good salary! It probably means I can buy a house rather than rent.
But I feel sick! My DD starts school next year and I feel like I am missing out on my last 9 mths hanging out with her (I work part time). I enjoy my life as it is but live in accomodation that is too small for my family and its driving us mad.
AIBU to feel freaked out? Is it just change? I wouldnt move if it wasnt for the awful housing situation!
But I want to be with my baby too before she goes to school!

You need the job, by the sound of things. It may be your ticket out of a problematic housing situation and to a better life long term.

Take it if you possibly can. Wouldn't you regret it if you didn't?

Sounds like a great opportunity , you'll only regret it if you don't take it
