To Use This Meat?

I have just found some pork chops in the freezer dated last Nov obviously I put them in the freezer as soon as they were purchased,
They are defrosting now and look ok, if a little pale,
We I kill my family if I cook these for tea?
I was thinking of wrapping in foil in the oven for a long slow cook, then having with mash and green beans and gravy,
If not, it's sausages

I would use them and wouldn't give it a second thought. Maybe I'm wrong though. Your tea sounds yum btw.

Use them in a curry and be sure to take some to your neighbour as well

I think with most things, if it looks ok, smells ok and tastes ok it'll be fine. I hate food waste and I'm sure most people are too quick to bin stuff that's perfectly fine to eat.
