I have just found some pork chops in the freezer dated last Nov
obviously I put them in the freezer as soon as they were purchased,
They are defrosting now and look ok, if a little pale,
We I kill my family if I cook these for tea?
I was thinking of wrapping in foil in the oven for a long slow cook, then having with mash and green beans and gravy,
If not, it's sausages
