AIBU not to have an opinion on the Lammily Period Party?

From today's Guardian www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2015/sep/25/doll-period-party-lammily-normal-barbie

Same doll as you can get stick on cellulite for.

I don't really have an opinion and I think if I was a proper MNer I would. I'm going to blame it on being shattered today.

I can't see anything wrong with kids learning that there's nothing weird about sanitary towels, but then again would most kids find it a weird toy?

I bet Barbie never has periods.

Please help me to have an opinion!

Barbie hasn't even got a vagina so how could she have periods? She's got nothing but a strip of smooth plastic down there AND it's got a pattern impressed upon it to suggest that she's wearing some sort of weird integral, plastic panties.
