I'd make a joke out of it."Enjoying that are we?" Or something along those lines. Is there something more deep rooted here? Often the things that annoy me about people I dislike, I don't even pick up on people I do like.

If you're being serious, I think that you probably would be unreasonable to raise this, especially the slurping. The slamming you can ask nicely about maybe, the slurping you can't mention. It is U to ask people to tone down all noises - if it bothers you get some earplugs.
