Dirty scutter in the office (pics)

AIBU to think that if you bring your lunch into the office and put it in the fridge you should make damn sure that before you go on holiday you either

a) Eat it
b) Throw it away.

I have just opened the fridge and discovered a colleagues salad. She has been away for the past 10 days. It is not pretty. Just about to upload a pic.

YABU especially with the word scutter, haven't heard it in years.

They are the freshest mam. So fresh I'm collecting the snot for extra ammo.

(Also have vegan friendly fake otter snouts for those who need a clear conscience. £10 a bag)

Ok. I may have been slightly millitant in my posts. Possibly projecting. But the blue melton mowbray episode was traumatic. Because a. What a waste of loveliness, b. She does it all the time and it's fucking annoying and c. They were blue.

You may do as you please with them, I find them handy doorstops, you can even pop children's birthday balloons with them with a good eye and a sling shot

Keith, I think you should stick wee legs on it and draw two eyes on top, then put it back in the fridge. It should be able to follow her around the office by the time she gets back.

I went vigilante once in my old office after the issue of dirty bastards leaving their unwashed mugs, plates, and other food related detritus had been raised for over a year in weekly staff meetings. I stated that if on the Friday at 5pm there were any unclean items sitting on desks or dumped in the sink I would happily dump them in the bin.

Come Monday morning there were some very unhappy little chickens who were found clucking round the bin fishing out their favourite crockery .

That looks fresh & tasty compared to some of the stuff we've found in our office fridge.

I honestly don't know why people have to bring in so much stuff! I have one colleague who arrives daily with breakfast (she starts at 9.30), lunch, at least two chilled snacks, and if she's on a late shift (which is half an hour longer than a normal shift) dinner too!

I feel like I'm taking up too much space if I have two '2 for £3' M&S salads in there at any one time
