for not buckling under pressure and keeping his stance (which apparently he is hugely supported in by Hungarian citizens) on the migrant issue ?

no

Don't get me started.

This (the country's actions, not this thread) cannot possibly end well.

If it takes balls to tear gas children, then I'm glad I don't have any.

Yes OP. I think he's being a great leader for his people and putting them first. It's a shame other European leaders are more interested in virtue signalling than defending the long term interests of their nations and peoples.

Merkel, in particular, has essentially single handedly sown the seeds of decades worth of European discontent for the sake of a momentary feeling of moral righteousness. Despicable.

I think right from the start everyone needed to repeat again and again that they would only accept fully registered asylum seekers.

I can understand countries getting jumpy about huge numbers of people crossing into their boarders with no real clue of who they are and how many.

However, I think this approach has been awful. Tear gassing women and children? Not needed at all.

The thing is, there are so many people left behind who desperately need help too and not enough is being done for them.

This is the man who wants Europe for Christianity - uabu

EmpressKnowsWhereHerTowelIs · 17/09/2015 07:55

Is he the one who said he wanted to close his borders to preserve Christian culture? Yep, Jesus wouldn't give a shit about feeding the hungry or healing the sick.

Gatehouse77 · 17/09/2015 08:38

Why is it unacceptable to tear gas women and children but, by implication, okay to do it to men?

This attitude is what skewers the 'feminism' argument.

Surely, it is either right or wrong regardless?

Interesting read.

This is why we should only accept fully registered asylum seekers.
This place could also accommodate 3 million people but Saudi have not taken 1 person in.
