YABU - but only because you are going to feel rubbish exercising on a full stomach! Totally acceptable to eat it afterwards though!

Don't listen to her. Eat your cake now. I've just scoffed a slice of chocolate cake and am now too full to go to the gym. Maybe don't listen to me

Well I have had 6 teaspoons so far?? OK, heaped (almost falling off the spoon) teaspoons. Will walk away now and try not to bring it back up!

Yabu. Plenty of people I know gorge on crap then drive to the gym and barely break into a sweat and kid themselves that they are healthy.

Yabu.....for eating it with teaspoon!! You need a big ass spoon.

I actually know a lot of body builder who eat pudding before training or a kick size snickers or Pop tarts etc. just call it your preworkout! Grin

Depends what you're going to do at the gym! If that were me, I'd be throwing it all up barely five minutes into a run. But if you're going to yoga you'll get away with it...

I done my 1st of the days Body Pumps this morning (stupid centre only runs 2 and they are both on the same day!) came home cleaned the kitchen, mopped the living room floor then sat and had a bowl of apple crumble and custard (gluten and dairy free too). My reasoning was that as I do bigish assed weights and was going back for more at 6 I deserved it Grin. Sometimes you just need stodge to make you feel ok!

Did it, survived??. Leapt around like an idiot, lunged low and ran like a fool?? I sweated and huffed and puffed but feel like I have done penance.

Now, DH has got the remains of the crumble out and the pot of extra thick double cream??. Oh dear!
