and am I being unreasonable to be a bit confused when I see people saying they voted for JC, or they like JC, when they mean Jeremy Corbyn?

Loads!! Reminded me, during a particularly dull English lesson in lower sixth, me and my friend wrote a list of all people we could think of with initials JC. We filled one side of A4, so quite a few. Unfortunately as it was last century I can now only recall Jesus Christ, Julian Cope and Joan Collins.
