Today I woke up with a cricked neck which has been agony all day - I can barely move my head.
I can't take lots of drugs cos I am pregnant - still in morning sickness stage so am already feeling sick and tired.
I have 2 dc so can't mope about all day. I am having a very gloomy day. Sad

I had a badly cricked neck yesterday, but it's a lot better today. My friend who happened to be visiting inexpertly massaged it which helped. The other thing I found helped was wearing one of those neck things I have for plane journeys which kept my neck warm and quite rigid. Have you got something you can use like that, a couple of scarves or something?

You have my sympathies, hope it improves soon.

You have my sympathy, that's really painful. Put a hot towel around your neck, that may help Flowers

Can I join you? I woke with the worst period pain ever at 4am. I've spent all day in my pjs with a hot water bottle. I feel like shit, I'm feeling very sorry for myself which is most unlike me!

Thanks for your sympathy. I have got one of those wheat bags which helps a bit. Am planning a warm bath and an early night to try to deal with all the issues at once!
Hope we all have a better day tomorrow Smile

Sounds pretty awful. Hopefully a nights sleep will sort out your neck.

Brew and/or some non alcoholic Wine
