well there's another website that lost an order...

total £5.46 + postage £2.99

I personally havent seen a 'low order fee' before...!

Why not name & shame ?

Plenty of websites do a minimum spend but I can't say I've seen it done this way.

If you order something for for £5.50 does it still add it on??

The usual way of doing this minimum order fees. Never heard of this

it is more often hidden in the P&P charge.

its was Viovet - didnt bother trying anything else, but they're now on my 'will not order from' list

I looked them up as I have a dog and the minimum spend is £5, otherwise they charge you the fee.

It's not obvious tho on their webpage!
