I am 8 weeks pregnant and get nausea all day every day I don't throw up I just feel sick but this evening I felt ill and I was heaving but only burning water came out even though I not long had soup now I feel like my head is swimming and I'm going to faint, I have drank enough and my sugar levels are fine.
Has anyone had this before?

Yes- nausea in pregnancy can be horrendous. Please phone NHS direct for advice now.

I had a real problem with fainting while pregnant. My blood pressure is on the lowish side normally and pregnancy made it lower. I would feel dizzy and nauseous even when sitting although standing for any length of time was worse.

Unfortunately just had to be careful and sit quietly or lie down if possible until it passed. Lasted until about 20 - 24 weeks.

Hope you get over it soon. And do check with the doctors'

I fainted so much with mine, it was ridiculous. I face planted a freezer full of turkeys in Tesco once. And I passed out so many times at the bus stop that all the lovely oaps instantly gave me their seat when I arrived.

You should speak to your midwife though op.

Go to your doc/midwife and get your iron levels checked.

I felt like that when mine were low.

I fainted about 4 times in one of my pregnancies. Low blood pressure. I don't think its that unusual, speak to your GP/ midwife to check your bloods. I hope you feel better soon.

Ginger really, really helps. Buy some ginger nut biscuits and some fruit tea.

I'm REALLY not into hippy-stuff, but ginger really helps nausea.

Congrats on pregnancy! Flowers
