I watch Casualty every weekend and have done more or less since it first aired in 1986
So no I don't think YABU to watch it
I need to make sure I have plenty of tissues, I'm still getting over Geoff dying!

The last and only time I watched Casualty was a big story about Charlie. Must have been the 90's? Trailer looks good so I might watch this too!

I don't really mind if Charlie dies as he's had a very long run, but I got the impression from the trailer that something bad happens to Zoe and with Tess having left too and Dylan gone completely off the rails, I think it's going to be a right blub fest!

Btw, how come staff in Casualty never have to work notice when they leave?

And I don't care if its shit. I love a good disaster movie. The whole point is that they are shit and you have to guess how and when each character is about to die. which is why ones based on real life events are just not as good

I am such a sad individual, but Casualty is my favourite programme of the week, the only one bar maybe bake off that I make sure I watch each week, If I can't watch it live it watch it on catch up.

Every regular in Holby has to end up as a patient at some point, it must be written into their employment contracts. I suppose Charlie's been around so long that his turn's come round again - it must be at least the third time for him. I hope he survives, Casualty without him is unimaginable. Though I wouldn't mind if his tedious son disappeared.
