I'm 'working' at home and just watched this with my lunch mainly because there's nothing else on to dip into for 10 minutes.

What the actual hell is up with this programme?

I watched the segment where they had a phone-in with A-level results students. The agony aunt (Denise?) was offering advice when she clearly had no fucking clue what she was talking about. They had a girl ring in who wasn't sure if she'd been offered a place because she'd just missed her grades. Erm, maybe phone the fucking university rather than Eamonn Holmes

Last Friday I watched it for about 10 minutes and had the delight of seeing Marvin and Rochelle try their hand at presenting . I can't understand a bloody word he says and she seems actually simple.

Does anybody actually watch this fucking shit? I feel like my IQ has dropped by about 20%. Eurgh.

I thing I dislike most is after the ads ( loads of ads if its on itv 2 or 3 or whatever) they then go over what you watched less than 10 minutes ago, then pick up on Dom whats it confronting nasty builder bloke who roars of in a white van never to be seen again. ( I know CB is on 5, but all the channels do this)
I hate anything about antiques, or people trying to buy old toot and flog it on for a profit. I hate the Dickinson bloke . daytime tv is dull and boring and needs a shake up. even my beloved pointless is boring me now.
also dislike home programmes, escape to anywhere is annoying.. I listen to the radio more these days!

I'm horrified at the thought of there not being a "Come dine with me", "Dinner Date", or even an episode of The Royal/Heartbeat on somewhere, no-one should be forced to watch This Morning.

Thankfully I have "Catch Up" and have taped back up "Coach Trip" episodes, should such a crisis occur.

I went to a filming of Loose Women earlier this year on a whim so that I could sit within drooling distance of an actor I'm rather keen on. Hadnt seen it for years and years and Oh My God. I had to get my friend to wake me up when he came on, well nearly. Such DRIVEL. I couldn't bear it. How do people watch it and stay conscious?

Is it not live Shelagh? How long does it take to film an hour? Who were the panel?

Ruth is very smug and self-satisfied. My DM really likes her and thinks she's 'luverly'. I am considering going NC with my DM for this reason.

I can't work Ruth out. She seems harmless enough and looks vaguely interested in proceedings. I can't understand what Eamonn is there for other than comedy/cringe value.
