They have my full postal address including postcode but say they can't find my house as it only has a name and no number. My house has been here since 1904 and has never had a number, none of the houses in my road have numbers and there are only seven of them, surely its not that hard to find it, no one else has a problem. They are now holding two things I'm waiting for and I don't know how I can change my address for them, surely I am not BU?
