Instead I have to wait to be 'allocated' a new care co-ordinator and do without any help in the meantime.
So far 4 weeks and counting despite consultant saying he would expedite it and 5 trips to hospital whilst waiting.
Beginning to give up TBH ...

ah, I bet that's a 'decentralised power' initiative. Each area has own procedures so you don't get joined up thinking upon transfer.
