I'm in love with the lovely Mr Jake Gyllenhaal. I can't shake it. I may have joined this Facebook fan page (cos I'm really sad......and older than most of the other members). I may have also clocked up a good few hours on YouTube and Google images.

Does anyone else do this, indulge me!

Oh no, that was Vincent Gallo!

RobinMansions · 12/07/2015 18:26

Oh phew, I thought for a second I'd missed out, Mitzy!

SaulGood · 12/07/2015 18:29

I am 100% straight. I mean 100%. I couldn't countenance doing anything with a woman.

Sue Perkins though. There's something about her. I like her mind and her style and her humour. If she had a willy, I'd prostrate myself before her and beg.

David Beckham. I love the pictures of him with his kids. sigh

Am glad it happens to other people too. In the midst of my obsessions I endlessly research as well. It is terribly distracting. I recently discovered fan fiction as well which just enables me.

RiverTam · 12/07/2015 18:39

For about 10 months last year I was obsessed by Cumberbatch. I'm now on the midst of a full on Lee Pace (Thranduil in the Hobbit) crush and am addicted to Tumblr, where I am keeping good company with a bunch of women 20 years my junior. The good thing about LP over BC is that I like most things I've seen him in. The downside is that he's almost certainly gay which will obviously be a blow when I meet him Grin.

Cocolepew · 12/07/2015 18:43

No Sue doesn't do it for me, ruby

HemanOrSheRa · 12/07/2015 18:46

You'd trip over me to get there Saul Wink.

GraceGrape · 12/07/2015 18:51

I've had something of a crush on Joshua Jackson since his Dawson's Creek days, but it's ramped up again recently since I've been watching The Affair. I spend far too much time on google and even stalk his girlfriend's instagram account to see what he's been up to. I'm always hoping there'll be some clues that she might have tired of him (leaving him free for me of course!)

LucilleBluth · 12/07/2015 18:54

Not gay......not gay I tell ya.

Keanu Reeves for me. I've sat through any number of rubbish films in the name of research. And before him there was an actor called David Oakes. I even went to see him on stage. But now it's all over, and I'm sure he misses me desperately Hmm

WizzardHat · 12/07/2015 18:56

There's also a young man who goes to an evening class I attend. That's much more embarrassing, he must be at least ten years younger than me!

Cocolepew · 12/07/2015 18:59

Oh and Ive also got a thing for Charlie from Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia and Ive started to watch Arrested Development again and Im having unpure thoughts about Jason Bateman.

I was at school with twin girls who were really beautiful. One had a crush, thinking back an obsession, with that bloke who plays a detective called (I think) Ken Stott. What? Her sister used to adore Telly Savalas. I think they went for a certain type of persona rather than general attractiveness.

AmberFool · 12/07/2015 19:03

I've had a lifetime crush on Keanu Reeves.

JG is yummy too. As is Aaron Paul. Sigh.

MetallicBeige · 12/07/2015 19:12

This Ken Stott? Grin

For me, it's Brandon Flowers from The Killers. I love his music. I love his voice. I love his look. He makes me go all tingly inside, I literally feel like a breathless teenager when I look at pics or videos of him (I am 41 Blush). I have spent many, many hours watching and reading nearly every interview/performance he has ever done online. My obsession may go on the back burner for a few months but then comes back with avengeance several times a year. It always him. I long to see him in concert but honestly think I might pass out or cry hysterically and ruin the whole experience for myself. I can't understand the intense feelings he stirs in me!!!! The "Brandon Flowers" obsessive me is so utterly at odds with the real every day me!!!

BurningGubbins · 12/07/2015 19:19

Just had to look up Vincent D'Onofrio. Instantly thought 'what the hell? Oh, hang on..'. Reminds me of Mark Ruffalo, who is also a bit of a sort.

BurningGubbins · 12/07/2015 19:25

Fuck, just remembered that I had it bad for Ally McCoist when I was about 18. THE SHAME.

coniferssilhouette · 12/07/2015 19:33

I always think that JG looks like he's got the wrong legs for his torso.

Charlie Chaplin was a big one of mine a while back, I could watch him for hours! At the minute I'm watching a few too many Fall Out Boy videos as Pete Wentz, Patrick Stump and Joe (don't know his surname!) are all quite alluring to me and three in one video is too tempting!

I can always tell when I'm ovulating as I will find the most bizarre people attractive for obscure reasons, I get terrible! The man on Salvage Hunters was luring me in the other day with his knowledge of furniture...

DoJo · 12/07/2015 19:40

I have recently done some excessive googling of young Rutherford B Hayes and Thomas Edison. Who knew dead presidents and scientific pioneers were so attractive?!
