I ordered something online, it didn't turn up for two weeks, emailed the company and they said it got lost in the post so they give me a £10 voucher and sent another one, today both the items arrived! WWYD?

You tell them that you now have two items.

I'd tell them it all arrived today.

Let them know. Let them decide what to do with their product.

Was it very expensive? If it wasn't, they'll probably tell you to keep both, that's happened to me a couple of times.

I would send it back.

I did have a slightly similar moral dilemma last year. something got lost in delivery on the system a new one was sent which I received. I then got a new email a week later saying it was at the despatch office and so I phoned and said I had been sent it and I didn't want two so they sent it back. I then got refunded the full price on my account....but didn't actually notice for ages as had my baby in the interim (it was a bottle starter kit) so I never queried with the company and basically got my stuff for free.

I still have little guilt feelings about this but I was very busy at the time

Tell them, that are very likely to tell you to keep it anyway.

I had the same with the book people years ago. I called them, they said they'd arrange for them to be collected, they never did.

It was £50 so not mega expensive but not cheap Confused

I had that with John Lewis. Called them and they said 'oh don't worry, just keep it'!

Do the right thing, OP.
I once found £40 in an ATM. Handed it in, they couldn't trace it so I got to keep it. Guilt free.

If you get in touch with the company they will probably arrange collection or cover the cost of returning the item so it won't cost you anything. They sent you a replacement and a voucher which is above and beyond what most companies would do so it really wouldn't be fair to keep both. In my opinion it would be theft keeping both and it wouldn't sit right with me personally. You have the item you ordered and a £10 voucher, you definitely don't need to keep the extra item when they've already done more than they needed to to make the problem right.

Walk to the nearest phone, dial their number, communicate that both have arrived and ask the address to send the extra one to.

It really is that easy OP. If they say 'keep it' then keep it.
