Do people not realise how dangerous this is?? I got the car reg, should I report? Would anything actually be done about it?

Yes. 101 it. She's breaking the law.

Yes if you are going to do it, do it by 101. I went through the rigmarole of finding what I needed to do online and the form was a ball ache and made me think they made it so long winded to put people off reporting
