They are having a party and I'm in bed listening to their fairly loud music.

The church bells have just struck 11 and they have turned off the music and gone indoors. I guess they thought someone would compain on mn about their music so have switched off early. Well, I'm still going to complain about having nothing to complain about.

Sorry, despite the lack of noise I managed to fall asleep. The bells do go off through the night but they are turned down so I can barely hear them BUT they always chime 2 mins before the hour which makes me incredibly angry. I'm definitely going to complain about that!

My neighbours were having a party yesterday that involved someone sitting on top of a shed and singing. It was 9pm. Ridiculous

There's one of our neighbours who has maybe a couple of times had a live band in his garden (think they might have been jamming, rather than a hired band). Last night it went on past 11pm. Not sure what time it finished, as it's one of the neighbours backing onto our row of houses, I think, and our room is at the front.

Probably wasn't so good for DD (her's is the only bedroom on that side), she's very much a pop sort of person, and this was stuff like covers of Stones, Kaiser Chiefs, etc. Rock basically, my sort of stuff.
